WWE superstar Sin Cara met the media today and talked about being Grand Marshall for the First Light Federal Credit Union Sun Bowl Parade. The El Pasoan will be the featured attraction this Thanksgiving morning, and the theme of this year's parade is "Amazing Feats".

The Sun Bowl Parade is the largest attended community event in the west Texas, New Mexico and Mexico area and brings together service clubs and civic organizations as well as all sectors of business and industries within the community. The El Paso Downtown Lions Club first organized the Parade in 1935, and it was held on New Year’s Day from 1936 until 1978, when the event was rescheduled for Thanksgiving Day. The holiday pageant is planned, coordinated and produced by volunteer efforts and draws an annual crowd of over 250,000 spectators.

Sin Cara has been in El Paso rehabbing for the last six weeks after knee surgery. He plans to rejoin the WWE early next year and continue his pro wrestling career. Sin Cara merchandise, including masks and t-shirts will be available for purchase at the FLFCU Sun Bowl Parade. He will make his return to 600 ESPN El Paso and Sportstalk on Tuesday, November 20th at 5:30 p.m.
