It is hard to believe that the preseason football game on the field between the San Francisco 49ers and the Oakland Raiders did not dominate Bay Area headlines. Instead, the 49ers dominated the Raiders 17-3 but all of the action took place off the field.  There were plenty of fights between fans and gunshots were fired resulting into two people suffering injuries. The violence at Candlestick Park was enough to force the NFL and local police to end the preseason rivalry between these two teams. Here is the first of two videos shot from  a cell phone that have gone viral showing the fan violence inside the stadium. Notice the two guys throwing the most punches at each other are both wearing #16 Joe Montana 49ers jerseys.

Here's the second video, also taken from a cell phone showing a parking lot brawl. In this one, the biggest punches are not coming from the male football fans (they are too busy capturing the video on their cell phones). Instead, the female fans are throwing all of the hay-makers until the guys join in around the 1:30 mark.
