Sacramento’s Aaron Brooks Breaks a Tooth Diving for a Loose Ball Against the Bulls [Video]

When you think of athletes losing teeth, naturally hockey is the first sport that comes to mind.  However, the Kings’ Aaron Brooks learned a valuable lesson when diving for a loose ball against the Bulls in last night’s season opener.

Chicago’s Kirk Hinrich inadverently slams Brooks’s unprotected face to the hardwood when both were diving for a loose ball.  The result is a broken tooth that a team doctor is able to locate, and hopefully salvage.
