Radio/Internet Media Team Can’t Repeat At Second Annual UTEP Women’s Soccer Media Day Penalty Kick Challenge

Love 'em or hate 'em no one can deny that penalty kicks in soccer are high drama.  Last year the radio/internet media team that featured Steve and me won the first annual UTEP women's soccer media day penalty kick challenge.

This year I was missing the yin to my yang, Kappy.  Between us we didn't miss a kick last year, and were a big part of the reason our team outlasted the print and television teams to win the challenge.  This year there were only two teams and our radio/internet team fell to the tv/print team 4-3.  I went one for two, but shanked one badly when the pressure was on.

Oh well, can't make 'em all!
