Pro wrestling legend Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka was arrested this morning at his home in New Jersey and charged with third-degree murder in the death of his mistress, 23-year old Nancy Argentino. The strange thing about Snuka's arrest is that Argentino died more than 30 years ago.

The 72-year old wrestler is currently battling cancer, and is being held at a county jail with a bond of $100,000. The story goes that Snuka wrestled at a WWF taping at the Allentown Fairgrounds on May 11, 1983, when he returned to his hotel to find Argentino gasping for air and oozing yellow liquid from her mouth. He frantically called the front desk where paramedics rushed her to a local hospital. At first, Snuka told authorities that he pushed Argentino earlier in the day, which caused her to fall and hit her head. However, he later changed the story that she slipped and hit her head when they pulled over on the highway to use the restroom.

This case went cold on June 1, 1983, however it was reopened after The Morning Call, Allentown's newspaper, had revealed a never-before-seen autopsy report.
