The junior established career highs by completing 27 of 37 passes for 413 yards and four touchdowns in Oklahoma's 51-20 win over Tulsa on Saturday.

Bell also ran 10 times for 24 yards. Bell's 413 passing yards were the most by an OU quarterback in his first career start, passing Sam Bradford's record of 363 yards vs. North Texas in 2007.

It marks the second straight week that an Oklahoma player has earned Big 12 Player of the Week honors. Safety Gabe Lynn received Big 12 defensive accolades after the Sooners' 16-7 victory over West Virginia on Sept. 7.
