The Raider Nation is getting what they deserve. The Oakland Raiders have named rookie Derek Carr their starting quarterback.

Carr will get the start over veteran Matt Schaub, who is playing his first season in Oakland after spending the last seven seasons playing for the Houston Texans.

Derek Carr is mature beyond his years," coach Dennis Allen said after Monday's practice. "We feel very comfortable with him helping us win football games. ... Derek is the starting quarterback."

So the Raiders have decide to go with Carr and I think it's the right move because watching the Raiders in the pre-season, Carr out played Schaub and it looks like Schaub doesn't have the same confidence like he did when he was in Houston.
