It didn't take the New Jersey Nets long to react to the Knicks getting Carmelo Anthony. This morning, the Nets finally found a team to take Derrick Favors, Devin Harris, and their first round draft picks.....the Utah Jazz! The deal brings Williams, arguably one of the best point  guards in the league to New Jersey, where he will be the centerpiece of the their young franchise. I have to give Nets owner Mikhail Prokhorov a lot of credit. His persistence has finally paid off and he now has a tremendous building block to make the Nets relevant again and try to compete with his Broadway neighbors. As for the Knicks, they must get Chris Paul to sign as a free agent after the 2011-12 season. They lost all of their trading chips and a chance to get Williams, so that final piece of their championship puzzle just got a little more complicated.
