It was bad enough to watch the USMNT struggle to a scoreless draw with Canada last night but to have a major sports network insult not only the men’s team but the women’s team as well? Really?
Yes, the screen shot you see was tweeted out last night by NBC Sports. The funny thing is, they never deleted the tweet and never issued a tweet saying they made a mistake.
I honestly can’t tell you who should be insulted more.
Wait, yes I can. The women.
The men played horrible and it was an embarrassing result for sure but to call them the women’s team? No.
At least the women are top two in the world and can score goals!
