Jarred Vanderbilt, a 6'7" sophomore ranked #3 in ESPN's Class of 2017 will be part of the loaded field at the 2014 McDonald's Classic Basketball Tournament. The annual three day event from December 4th-6th features some of the best local and regional boys and girls high school basketball teams. Vanderbilt, who plays for Victory Prep Academy in Houston, is considered the total package at small forward and is receiving plenty of national attention despite being three years away from finishing high school.

In addition, the defending California girls state champions, Sierra Canyon School will be competing against two other California schools and a pair of schools from El Paso. Here is the complete field for this year's tournament:
