Michigan State Tries To Run A Play Without A Quarterback [VIDEO]

You need a quarterback or a running back in a direct snap formation to start a play in football, right? That's what  I thought too.

Michigan State however didn't think so and this play may have cost them the game today against Iowa.

Iowa won in double OT, 19-16.
