Michael Jordan Engaged — Who’s the Lucky Lady?
Looks like Michael Jordan will have to move one of those NBA championship rings to make room for a different kind of a ring — a wedding ring.
The basketball legend, 48, is engaged to his girlfriend of three years, 32-year-old Cuban model Yvette Prieto.
Jordan won six titles with the Chicago Bulls in the 1990s, and is currently the owner of the Charlotte Bobcats. This will be his second marriage — his union to ex-wife Juanita Vanoy lasted 16 years and produced three children. Vanoy wound up with a $150 million in the settlement, which, until Mel Gibson’s recent divorce, was deemed the most expensive celebrity divorce in history.
Prieto’s previous paramours include singer Julio Iglesias Jr., who once said that the beauty’s “humbleness” was among her best qualities.
