The Houston Texans continue to make deals on the first day of the NFL new year. They have signed former Miami Dolphins running back Lamar Miller to a four year, $26 million dollar deal with $14 million of it fully guaranteed.

After releasing Arian Foster last week, the Texans have found an excellent replacement with Miller who ran for 1,971 yards and averaged 4.8 yards per carry last season. With the addition of Brock Osweiler as quarterback, the Texans have rebuilt their offense and should be the favorites to contend for the division title next season.
