Ken Walters’ NFL Locks for Week 4 [VIDEO]

Ken Walters, the President and CEO of El Paso Employees Federal Credit Union stopped by the 600 ESPN El Paso studios on Tuesday and had his "locks" ready for week 4 of the NFL. Ken is one of the many NFL fans hopping on the Buffalo Bills bandwagon. He also has 2 other NFC locks for you to consider this week.  The 2nd annual EPEFCU 600 ESPN El Paso Lock of the Week contest featured more than 270 entries, but a little more than 120 of them are still alive.
