Judge Nullifies NFL’s Four-Game Suspension of Tom Brady
New England Patriots fans rejoice, Tom Brady will be playing in the season opener against the Pittsburgh Steelers after a judge erased his four-game suspension for "Deflategate."
U.S. District Judge Richard Berman ruled in favor of Brady after more than one month of failed settlement talks between the NFL and its players' union. He criticized the NFL for its handling the "Deflategate" scandal. You can read Berman's ruling here.
This isn't over though, as the NFL can still appeal the Berman's ruling.
