Tomorrow, ESPN will begin their coverage of the 2015 Masters from Augusta National Golf Course. The cable sports network ran a Masters promo tonight during the Phoenix vs. Dallas NBA game. Jeff Van Gundy, who has been a regular NBA game analyst for ESPN since leaving coaching, was part of the broadcast team tonight along with Mike Breen and Mark Jackson. When Breen dreamt up a dream sequence and said "imagine if Jeff was on the Masters coverage", Van Gundy took his cue and offered his opinion on the membership policies at Augusta. Unfortunately, they were not exactly what the ESPN executives had drawn up for him. It will be interesting to see if Van Gundy gets disciplined by the network for his critical remarks, since he stated nothing but the truth about the club's long history of sexism and racism.
