On the same day that he was pranked again on video by Cody Decker and members of the El Paso Chihuahuas, Jeff Francoeur will be recalled by San Diego and join the Padres tonight in Chicago. The team also announced that center fielder Cameron Maybin was suspended 25 games without pay by Major League Baseball for amphetamines.

Francoeur is set to be in uniform for the Padres tonight when they play the Chicago Cubs in the second game of a three-game series at Wrigley Field. After signing a Minor League deal with the Padres on March 25th, Francoeur has spent the entire season with the Chihuahuas. In 98 games with El Paso, the right fielder hit .294 with 15 home runs and 60 RBI's.

The Padres are expected to officially announce the move closer to tonight's game with the Cubs.
