With just 4 days left till Canelo Alvarez and  Austin Trout's highly anticipated fight, many people from El Paso and Las Cruces seem to have different opinions on the outcome of the WBA WBC super welterweight championship unification  fight.

David Herrera, a local boxing enthusiast, believes that although Trout handled Miguel Cotto with ease, he just won't be able to withstand the power that Canelo has often shown.

On the other hand, other local fans have argued that Canelo has not fought a notable fighter and his skills have yet to be tested. Many believe that this fight will show a lot about both fighters and should be very interesting.

My personal opinion, Trout is a smart fighter and has the skills to win by boxing Canelo and not getting into a slug fest. As for Canelo, I don't see him looking for a decision, he'll be looking to send a message to get what he really wants, a huge payday against Mayweather.

Who do you think will emerge victorious after Saturday's Championship fight? Here is a video of their stare down in San Antonio.
