By now, everyone knows about the bromance between New Jersey governor Chris Christie and Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones. Christie has become a regular guest in Jones' owner box for both home and road games, and their awkward celebration after Sunday's Cowboys playoff win over Detroit was captured on national television.

As you might expect, the media in the New York-New Jersey area is not too thrilled about the gov jumping on the Jerry bandwagon, especially when both New York football teams failed to make the playoffs. Since the Giants and Jets both play in Met Life Stadium, which is located in East Rutherford, New Jersey, Christie's allegiance to the Cowboys becomes even harder to accept. Drew Sheneman is an editorial cartoonist for the last 16 years, and had this hilarious depiction of Christie as a Cowboys Cheerleader in yesterday's Newark Star Ledger.
