The El Paso Chihuahuas just released their 2016 Opening Day roster, and some familiar faces will be returning to the team to start the Pacific Coast League season Thursday in Reno. New manager Rod Barajas will welcome back catchers Austin Hedges and Jason Hagerty, outfielders Hunter Renfroe and Alex Dickerson, and pitchers Leonel Campos, Robbie Erlin, Cory Mazzoni, and Daniel McCutchen. In addition, Padres top prospect Manny Margot will make his debut as an El Paso Chihuahua following an offseason trade from Boston. Add in former Major League veteran starter Jeremey Guthrie and other vets like Mike Olt, Jemile Weeks, Nick Noonan, Carlos Pimentel, and Mike Kirkman and the El Paso lineup will have a good mixture to begin the regular season against the Aces. 600 ESPN El Paso will have all the action with Tim Hagerty calling balls and strikes for every one of the 144 regular season games.
