Former UTEP quarterback Jordan Palmer was on SportsTalk Wednesday to discuss the half way point of the NFL season.

Palmer gives his thoughts on what has happened so far in the NFL, if the preseason matters, surprise teams good and bad, the Carolina Panthers, what’s wrong with the Dallas Cowboys, the Chicago Bears, the San Diego Chargers, his brother and the Oakland Raiders and much more.
