Former Miner Randy Culpepper Dunks Over A Car

During Randy Culpepper’s days at UTEP, the Miners guard excited fans with a wide-array of acrobatic dunks. However, he never used large props like a car, until recently. Here’s a photo of Culpepper’s winning slam at the 2012 Ukraine All Star Dunk Contest Saturday night. The winning dunk paid Culpepper about $1250 dollars (or 10,000 hryvnia – the Ukraine currency).

The current exchange rate of the Ukrainian hryvnia is about 8 to USD1. As for Culpepper, he seems to be enjoying his rookie season in Europe but would like to return to the US and resume his dream of playing in the NBA.
