Another exciting week high school football action took place during Week Two of Football Friday Night.  There were plenty of close games that went to the wire, and three El Paso teams hit the road and came out with big victories over tough competition. Let's take a look at how it all turned out this week.

On Thursday Night, Hanks held off Socorro 15-14.

In our Apex by Sunglass Hut Game of the Week, Canutillo score 22 unanswered points to come from behind to win 32-22 over Eastwood.

Las Cruces Mayfield defeated Franklin in an offensive showdown 62-55.

Midland defeated Montwood 34-21 in the first game of a doubleheader at the SAC.

In the second game of the doubleheader Rio Rancho defeated Americas handily with a strong passing attack, 46-18.

El Dorado traveled to Wolfforth and defeated Frenship in a shootout 49-42.

Coronado went on the road and took care of Midland Lee 46-32.

Del Valle beat Rio Rancho Cleveland 27-7 in Albuquerque.

Andress trounced Bel Air 51-14.

Clint ran over Austin by a score of 33-14.

Jefferson held on to beat Riverside 24-23.

Chapin dismantled Horizon 56-7.

Santa Teresa jumped out to an 18-3 lead before holding off the game Burges Mustangs 18-16.

Parkland held on to defeat El Paso High 27-20.

Fabens double up Chaparral 42-21.

Silver shut out Bowie 26-0

Cathedral beat Tornillo 27-14.

Hatch Valley got the easy 56-0 win over Anthony.

Ysleta defeated San Elizario handily by a score of 50-21.

Irvin was leading Mountain View 26-10 late in the game with no final as we went off the air.
