Dallas Cowboys Fan Burns Her Butt and Sues Team

When Jerry Jones built Cowboys Stadium, he dreamed of the best experience possible for his sports fans. What he didn’t anticipate was a lawsuit. Cowboys fan Jannelle Carrillo has sued her team claiming that she received severe burns to her buttocks prior to a scrimmage two years ago. The strange part of the story is that Carrillo was not even sitting inside Cowboys Stadium. She claims to have suffered the burns on a bench outside of the stadium before the team’s scrimmage. The temperature that day was in excess of 100 degrees and Carrillo’s attorney, Michael Walsh told KDFW-TV that his client had no idea as to the extent of the damage she had suffered. Walsh claims it included third-degree burns and subsequent skin grafts.
