Good guy Dexter McCluster took to his Facebook page this week, asking the Chiefs Nation to help a single mother who needs a handicapped van for her twins boys with Cerebral Palsy.

Amy wrote McCluster about her boys Blake and Trey, asking the Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver to spread the word about her situation. Hours after posting this message to his Facebook page, McCluster and his many fans have raised more than $10,000 for the family.
