Former Texas Tech head coach Pat Knight is back in the NCAA tournament this year.  His Lamar Cardinals won the Southland Conference tournament and earned an automatic bid into the 'big dance.'  They are barely in the tournament as a 16 seed and must play Vermont in tonight's first round game to earn the right to get drubbed by North Carolina on Friday
