You’re excused if you’ve last track of all the marquee video games that have hit shelves in the past several weeks. Just like Tim Tebow, game publishers hold back their best stuff for the end. Even those of us who play and read about games constantly have trouble keeping track of what’s out there.
TV has the Nielsens. Movies have the box office. Music has the Billboards. Video games have Raptr, the official video game rankings, and they just awarded ‘Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim‘ with the honor of being the Most Played Game of 2011.
The word on the 8-bit street is that the show’s principal creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker are working with Obsidian, the makers of the “Fallout: New Vegas” series, on a RPG title based around the long running satirical cartoon series.
