Rich Williams the guitar player of the group Kansas called into the KLAQ Morning show today to talk about coming to Streetfest, the history of the the band and about one of his legendary songs.

June 14, 2012 Reflecting some of boxing's brightest lights, El Paso's bling sparkled that much brighter Wednesday.
The Plaza Theater's organ belted out old time movie music as the grand old theater itself provided an artistic backdrop to what is usually a testosterone-drenched affair -- a boxing press conference. It was an interesting departure from the sterile conference rooms where these events are usually held.
June 14, 2012 Under pressure, UT System Chancellor, Dr. Francisco Cigarroa, allowed the Chavez-Lee championship fight to go on in the Sun Bowl, but oddly banned the sale of beer in the stadium. If the threat of violence from the cartels was real, just what does Dr. Cigarroa think banning beer will do to stop them?
The Downtown Streetfest is getting close pretty quickly, hitting downtown El Paso on June 29th and 30th. We’ve got some great bands on stage this year, with stages all over the place, a huge car show, fireworks both nights, food, drink…it’s going to be amazing!
