Austin Trout Arrested on Suspicion of Public Intoxication

Boxing champ Austin ‘no doubt’ Trout did not usher in 2013 as planned. The Las Cruces native was arrested in the wee hours of January 1st in El Paso on charges of public intoxication.
According to police reports, an altercation took place at the Taco Cabana on Mesa early Tuesday morning. Trout was arrested at around 4:30, and released on a $105 bond at around 11 a.m.

2013 promised to be a big year for Trout, especially if he can land a pay-per-view bout against Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez.
Back in 2009, Trout was arrested for burglary, but those charges appear to have been dropped.
